Legacy Elite Academy is dedicated to developing exemplary student-athletes in Concord, Kannapolis, and the surrounding areas through the disciplined sport of basketball. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we are seeking your generous support for our Fundraising Campaigns.

Legacy Elite Academy operates with a passionate belief that we all share the responsibility to teach young men and women to become valuable members of the community. We aim to instill values such as hard work, honesty, sportsmanship, loyalty, teamwork, and character in our participants.

Our basketball program emphasizes athletic skill development, academic excellence, and proper health and wellness. While basketball serves as the initial draw, our ultimate goal is to engage students in Community Service Outreach, Personal Development, and College Readiness programs. We are committed to strengthening both the athlete and the whole person by equipping them with the social, academic, and work ethic skills necessary for lifelong success.

Founded in 2019, Legacy Elite Academy was established to address the needs of children passionate about basketball but lacking the means to participate in competitive sports. We provide opportunities for these young athletes to hone their fundamentals and skills while simultaneously learning valuable life skills.

We serve youth from 2nd to 12th grade, with the majority (80%) of our participants coming from low-income communities of color, foster care, or single-parent family backgrounds.

Your support will enable us to continue offering these critical programs and making a lasting impact on the lives of our participants. Together, we can help shape a brighter future for these young individuals and our community.

LEGACY ELITE’s goals are to raise funds for the needs associated with our focus areas:

This will enable our outstanding student-athletes to participate, compete and have exposure for future collegian options.

Legacy Elite aims to serve the many rural or low-income communities in the  Concord/Kannapolis area. Our outstanding student-athletes will facilitate this ongoing community service project under the direction of our Legacy Elite Staff.

Legacy Elite College Fund

Many of our extraordinary student-athletes are from low- to lower-middle-income, hard-working families who can't afford to fund their kids' college aspirations. Your financial gift is an investment in the future of deserving but less-fortunate Young Leaders of Tomorrow. Legacy Elite staff will assist with college readiness programs, travel to prospective college tours, and athletic camps.
